The solution is then described in as much detail as possible, with particular attention focused on integration,   interface, function and output details.

  Deliverable:
  Full description of the suggested solution, impact analysis, proposed benefits of new solution, list of current and        expected performance metrics.
  Technical Specification document (including Use-case, Activity and Sequence diagrams.)

  By now, the project is critically scoped, again with the participation of all the relevant stakeholders. The scoping   establishes a tangible interpretation of the solution, the completion date and any intermediary deliverables.

   Full scope of the suggested solution and project plan for the full development.
