At this stage the software developers start building the code for the solution. The full scope and project plan is   entered into Grindstone Park.

  Deliverable:
Initially a prototype may be developed, but ultimately the completed development is ready for testing.
   Class, Object and State diagrams.

A testing environment is set-up that will simulate the expected usage and market conditions. Stress and load testing   is also commissioned to   ensure the solution is robust and resilient. Qualitative research is conducted amongst   users to ensure satisfaction.

  Deliverables: Reports on:

                            Stress and Load testing
                            Functional and user operability testing
                            Output and report testing
                            Hardware and network performance issues
                            Benchmarking

All key stakeholders, users, third parties and support departments are required to sign-off the solution before it goes   live to the market place.

  Deliverable:
   Signatures of all relevant parties.

After sign-off a full installation procedure is set-up. Even though this is typically a domain for client’s IT department,   Comitant remains hands-on, while complying with company protocol. Accompanying this, user manuals and help   modules are developed and users are trained.

  Deliverable:
A full installation schedule as well as user manuals and training.
