All key stakeholders, users, third parties and support departments
are required to sign-off the solution before it goes live to the
market place.
Deliverable: Signatures
of all relevant parties.
After sign-off a full installation procedure is set-up. Even though
this is typically a domain for client’s IT department,

Accompanying this, user manuals and help modules are developed and
users are trained.
Deliverable: A full installation schedule as well
as user manuals and training.
