All too often, software solutions are inaccurate due to a poor understanding of the client’s requirements, the market, inefficient project management, cutting corners, inadequate scoping and disastrous quality versus budget trade-offs. This is why Comitant have developed a unique framework to ensure their solutions are unrivalled in excellence, accuracy, measurability and swift in delivery.
Most importantly, great care is taken to ensure their clients are integral in the whole development and delivery process. IT projects are intangible endeavours, which is why its imperative that clients get involved from inception to launch.
The following delivery frameworks were developed to assist the team in maximizing the understanding of the client needs, client input, as well as client and end-user satisfaction.
This process has been developed to ensure that Comitant’s solutions are exact to the client’s expectations, are delivered within the agreed time and with outstanding performance benefits. The framework is divided into four key modules that are totally autonomous from each other. This means that clients can select parts of, or the whole package, depending on their development needs.
“Grindstone Park” is the name given to the hands on development
phase (Module 3) of Comitant’s Mississippi Delivery framework. The
definition of a “grindstone” is a revolving disk used for
grinding, polishing or sharpening tools. Likewise, during this phase,
the team works hard to polish and refine their solutions to maximise their
benefits to their clients. The word is also used in the figure of speech,
“put your nose to the grindstone” that means “to work
hard and steadily”, and this is the prevailing philosophy of the
team. |
